First snow of the season and for 2012.
It started snowing a lot last night then kinda slowed down. So last night I went to bed in our warm cozy little apartment just happy to have a little snow. This morning, however, I was somewhat surprised to see how much we had gotten.
Also, don't be alarmed by the bars in this picture. We live on the ground level, and they are just precautionary. I had just woken up and my eyes, well, they were still somewhat sensitive to any sort of light. I was too lazy, somewhat tired, and too cold to put on proper outside clothes and to unlock outside door. So I basically (and most likely with one eye shut trying to minimize the much brighter sunlight than what is showing in the pictures) just took the picture through the kitchen window. It was the fastest and easiest compromise that got me back in my cozy warm bed faster.
